What we collect when you write to us, talk to Leany AI or book a call, and what happens to it.
In short
- Apart from standard server logs, we collect only what you type into the contact form, Leany AI or the booking page.
- We use it to reply to you, and to prepare and hold a call.
- No analytics, no ad trackers and no cookies of our own.
- We never sell it or pass it on for marketing.
Visiting the site
There is nothing to accept: no analytics, no ad trackers and no cookies of our own.
Our server keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser, page and time) to keep the site running and safe.
The contact form
Your name, email and message, and your company and phone or WhatsApp if you add them.
It’s kept in Leany, our own system, and we use it to reply. If Leany can’t take it, Formspree delivers it to our inbox instead.
Leany AI
What you type goes through our server to Anthropic, whose Claude model writes Leany’s replies. Card numbers, IBANs and passwords written as “password: …” are removed first.
We don’t keep the chat. It stays in your browser tab and is gone when you close it. A Cloudflare bot check runs when a chat starts.
To limit chats per visitor, Leany keeps a scrambled form of your IP address for the day.
Download PDF is made in your browser and holds no name or email. If you send your brief, it’s kept in Leany with your name and email, like the form.
Booking a call
Your name, work email, company and, if you add one, a note, with the time you pick and your time zone.
They are kept in Leany, our own system, and go on a Google Calendar event with a Google Meet link. Google sends you the invite. A Cloudflare bot check runs before the booking goes through.
Who handles it for us
- Formspree: a backup for the contact form and sent briefs
- Resend: emails the LeanStone team when a message comes in
- Anthropic: Leany AI’s replies
- Cloudflare: bot checks, and runs Leany AI
- Google Workspace: our email, calendar and video calls
- DigitalOcean: the server for this site and Leany
How long we keep it
As long as we are in touch about your project. Ask, and we delete it.
Your choices
Write to contact@leanstone.agency to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
